This product was designed to provide security for sensitive items transported by Letter Carriers, but not as a permanent fixture. When locked, the box and its contents cannot be removed. The powder coated heavy-gauge steel lockbox lifts and locks into channel in LLV. The included attachment brackets are welded to the back of the postal lock box for immediate installation. This USPS safety box deters theft of postal valuables. Each LLV lock box measures 8" x 12" x 10" and features a hinged lid and a hasp for added locking ability, padlock not included.
