New Resident Form
The New Resident Form assists with prompt mail delivery when an address has been changed. Carriers place this card in vacant mailboxes on their route. When the residence becomes occupied, the customer sends in the return portion of the card to notify when delivery should begin. The tear-away portion of the card is placed in the vacant mailbox and should be removed when the box is activated. The New Resident Form measures 4" x 8" and is sold in pads of 100.
